In honor of everyone who has been involved in the debt relief shuffle (otherwise known as shuffling your debt between credit cards to save on payments and interest while not actually doing anything about the balance owed) we’re giving away a 1GB iPod Shuffle every Tuesday for the next five weeks. Most people realize that balance transfers are only a very temporary solution to get by without having to make a payment for a month or to save a little bit on your APR for an introductory period. If you’re new to the site, Turning Point Debt Settlement offers a sensible debt relief service that helps you become debt free in 1 to 3 years.
To enter, simply trackback this blog post or write a blog post about this contest, give us a shout out, etc and send us an email to debtshuffle at debtreliefplace.com and let us know where your blog post is. We will be announcing the contest winner over Twitter each Tuesday night, so be sure to follow us on Twitter so you know if you won or not.
We will choose a winner at random by the old pick an entry out of a hat method, yes we will use a real hat. All entries must be received by 12:00 noon (PST) each Tuesday to qualify for that week’s contest. The first shuffle will be given away on February 3, 2009 the last shuffle will be given away on March 3, 2009.
Grand Prize - 8gb iPod Touch
The grand prize of an 8GB iPod touch will be given away on March 10, 2009. All entries received over from today: January 27, 2009 to March 10, 2009 at 12:00 noon will be entered in the random drawing to win the iPod touch.
